Eclipse Metals Ltd is an Australian mineral exploration company focused on exploring multi-commodity mineralisation.

The company has an impressive portfolio of assets in Australia prospective for manganese, uranium, gold, vanadium and precious metals in 19 tenements and applications over an area of 8,044 sqkm, and in addition,  has acquired ownership of the Ivittuut project in Greenland, the world’s largest historical cryolite mine which has rare earth potential.

The Company’s mission is to increase Shareholder wealth through capital growth and ultimately, dividends. Eclipse plans to achieve this goal by exploring for and developing viable mineral deposits to generate mining or joint venture income.

Exploration of the Company tenements is the primary focus for our technical team, however Eclipse continues to seek additional prospective projects which complement existing assets.

Uranium- PGE Projects

Eclipse Metals Ltd currently hold approx. 1,400 sqkm of exploration ground in the highly prospective Alligator Rivers Uranium Province (ARUP).  The ARUP hosts approximately 30% of the world uranium deposits and accounts for over 95% of past production and known resources in the Northern Territory.

Uranium / Vanadium Projects

The Ngalia Projects consists of 10 tenements with a total area of approx. 7,000 km2 situated within an extensive field of uranium vanadium resources and occurrences within Devonian aged sandstones of the Ngalia Basin.

Manganese Projects

Mary Valley manganese project is approximately 14 road kilometers southwest of Gympie Township in Queensland; 138 km by road north from Brisbane’s major port facilities. Historical production of approx. 23,000t of manganese averaging between 42% to 51% from surface to shallow depths.

Eclipse Metals Rock Hill Project (ELA26487) is located approximately 300 road kilometres north-west of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. The Rock Hill project comprises several high-grade structurally-controlled precious and base metal oxide and sulphide targets
